Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Policy
October 2025
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to outline our commitment to creating and maintaining a workplace where equity, diversity, and inclusion are actively promoted and protected. It sets out the principles and practices we follow to ensure that everyone is treated with dignity and respect, and that barriers to participation and advancement are identified and removed. Our aim is to enhance an environment in which all individuals feel valued, supported, and able to contribute fully to the success of Vital Synergy.
Policy Statement: We know that a workplace that encourages equity, diversity and inclusion has a happier, more motivated team full of different ideas and problem-solving methods. We also know it helps to attract and retain the best people, better serve our clients and generally makes our business more successful.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, workers, contractors, agency staff, job applicants, and extends to our relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Commitment Statement: Promoting Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We value a diverse team for its positive impact on motivation, talent retention, client service, and business success. Our goal is a workforce that reflects all parts of society, where every employee feels respected and can contribute fully. We ensure equal opportunity and fairness for everyone, without discrimination based on protected characteristics. One primary reason for referring to this policy as the equity version is the recognition that individuals do not all share the same backgrounds or circumstances.
