Charity Golf Day Success: Vital Heating Solutions and Morgan Lambert 

Vital Heating Solutions was proud to take part in the recent Charity Golf Day hosted by Morgan Lambert at Hallamshire Golf Club in Sheffield. The event, held on Thursday 4th September 2025, was organised to raise funds for the Yorkshire Children’s Charity, a cause that supports disadvantaged children across Yorkshire. 

The day began with registration at midday, where guests were greeted with coffee and sandwiches before heading out for a 1pm shotgun start. The format was a Texas Scramble, with all teams teeing off from different holes at the same time. Live scoring was enabled through the Golf Genius app, allowing teams to track their progress throughout the round. 

Competitions added an extra layer of excitement, with prizes awarded for the top three teams, longest drive, beat the pro and nearest pin. Vital Heating Solutions entered a team and contributed to the raffle, which was open to all attendees. Raffle tickets were available to purchase on the day, and donations were welcomed from those not playing golf. 

After the round, players returned to the clubhouse for a well-earned two course meal and prize presentation. The atmosphere was relaxed and celebratory, with plenty of laughs shared over the day’s highlights. Later in the evening, many guests continued the festivities in Sheffield city centre, with tables booked at BOX for food and drinks. 

The event also offered a range of sponsorship opportunities, including dinner and prize sponsorships, hole sponsorships for both new and returning sponsors, and raffle donations. These contributions played a vital role in supporting the fundraising efforts and ensuring the success of the day.
