Salary: £32,500 £44,500 per annum (dependant on experience)

The successful Domestic Gas Engineer & Plumber will be responsible for the installation of Boilers (including service, repair, and commissioning), Unvented & Vented Cylinders, Underfloor Heating; exposure to LPG, Renewable Heat Pumps and HVAC is desirable – but not essential.

This truly unique opportunity is a versatile and continuously progressing role, which requires high levels of self-motivation and management flexibility, and you will be supported by the office function and other Engineers as and when required. You must be deadline-driven, logical, and with the proven ability to operate under pressure at times.
The successful Domestic Gas Engineer & Plumber will be responsible for:
- Installation work of domestic heating systems
- Fault-finding, service and maintenance on various domestic heating systems
- Maintenance on various boilers, hot water cylinders, underfloor heating etc
- Collection and fitting of new parts
- Carrying out reactive calls and planned maintenance
- Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way
- Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely way
- Working safely in line with health and safety procedures, and of course COVID compliance
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACS Domestic Gas Safe (CCN1, CPA1 etc.)
- NVQ Level 3 – Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- +3 years in a similar role
- Experience with fault finding, breakdowns and general service of boilers
- Current CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness
- Basic DBS Certificate
- Current Driving Licence (NO DR10 / DR30)
