Welcoming Nicola Gillett to Our Expanding Domestic & Reactive Team

We’re thrilled to announce another step in our journey of growing stronger. Please join us in welcoming Nicola Gillett, our new Business Support Coordinator in the Domestic and Reactive division.

Nicola brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years in office-based roles across a wide range of industries. From launching her career at Carlton TV managing advertising campaigns, to nearly a decade at Protec in the fast-paced world of reactive fire and security services, Nicola has built a reputation for being adaptable, efficient, and client-focused.

Her journey has also taken her through roles at Askews, where she deepened her expertise in air conditioning, HVAC, and plumbing services, all of which align perfectly with the growing demands of our business. Most recently, she worked in the small works division at Dalkia, further sharpening her skills in project coordination and service delivery.

But Nicola’s talents don’t stop at the office door. She’s also worked in residential children’s homes and leaving care services, bringing a compassionate and people-first approach to everything she does.

Supporting Our Growth

Nicola joins us at an exciting time. Our Domestic and Reactive division is expanding rapidly, with new contracts being secured across the country. We’re now supporting more hotel chains and large domestic properties than ever before — and with that comes a growing need for experienced professionals who can help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

From servicing and maintenance to reactive call-outs, our team is scaling up to meet demand, and Nicola’s role will be central to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Nicola recently celebrated a major milestone — she’s just bought her first home! She’s embracing the joys (and challenges!) of homeownership and is already ticking off her to-do list. She also loves spending time with her nephew, with whom she takes an annual trip — Barcelona is next on the itinerary this October. And as a self-declared London enthusiast, she makes sure to visit the capital at least once a year.
